CHICKEN MUSHROOM KUEH TIKUS ©




Kueh Tikus stir-fry with ground chicken meat with added condiments:fresh mushroom and green leafy vegetables in clear plain style is a home-style recipe, and is delectable.


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare -

  • 5 garlic cloves - sliced
  • 1/2 large onions - sliced
  • 4 chili
  • 1 cup fresh mushroom - sliced
  • green leafy vegetables - sliced

Prepare -

  • ground chicken - 1 lb








Prepare -

  • Kueh Tikus (short rice flour noodles)










Cooking Steps

Saute onions, garlic chili in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large wok or skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
 Add chicken meat. Continue stirring and frying.

For flavor, add:-

  • 3 tbs chicken stock brand,
  • 2 tbs fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper 
Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

Add Kueh Tikus noodles, green vegetables and fresh mushroom.

Combine well with chicken meat and continue stirring.
Ready for serving.
