Stir-Fry LEMON GRASS PORK with GLASS NOODLES n BEE HOON ©



Lemon Grass is a stalky plant with a lemony scent that grows in many tropical climates, most notably in Southeast-Asia.

A common ingredient in Thai and Malaysian cooking, lemon grass provides a zesty lemon flavor and aroma to many local dishes. 

Lemon grass is also thought to have numerous health benefits especially when used in combination with other spices such as garlic, fresh chillies, and coriander. 

Pork, (Bee Hoon) Rice Flour Noodles and Glass Noodles is stir-fried with lemon grass and sauces to create a zesty lemony flavor to a home-style noodles cooking. 



Ingredients and Preparation

 Prepare:-

  • garlic - 5 cloves - sliced
  • chili - 4 pcs - diced
  • carrots - 1 small size - sliced
  • green onions - 3 stalks - sliced
  • red bell pepper - 1/4 size - sliced
  • lemon grass - 1 stalk - sliced


Prepare :-

  • 1 small basket full - glass noodles and rice flour noodles (Bee Hoon) - soaked in room temperature water until soft, and drained.





Prepare:-

  • pork - sliced - 1 lb

Prepare:-

  • lemon grass sauce - commercial packaged










Cooking Steps

Begin, by saute garlic, chili and lemon grass with 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
Add pork meat.

Continue stirring and frying.
For flavor, add:-

  • 5 tbs lemon grass sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbs chicken stock granules

Continue stirring and frying.
Add glass noodles and rice flour noodles.

Combine well with pork meat and seasonings, and continue frying.
Add carrots, green onions, and bell peppers.

Combine well with noodles and pork and continue frying.
 Stir-Fry Lemon Grass Pork with Glass Noodles and Rice flour Noodles is scrumptious and ready for serving.










Ready for serving.
