Chinese Beef Spaghetti is a home-style recipe and tasted scrumptious. 


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

 Prepare slices of onions, ginger, garlic, chilli, and carrots.
Prepare 0.5 lb ground beef.











Prepare 0. 7 lb slices of beef.
Prepare 1 packet blanched spaghetti noodles.














Cooking Steps 

Begin, by saute onions, garlic, carrots and chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add ground beef and beef slices. Continue frying.
For flavor, add:- 5 tbs tomato sauce, 3 tbs oyster sauce, 1 tbs fish sauce, 3 tbs chicken stock brand, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbs sugar. Combine seasonings and continue cooking. Add 2 cups water. Add sweet potato flour mixture (1 tbs flour to 4 tbs water) and continue stirring.
Scoop meat and sauce over blanched spaghetti noodles in a bowl. Ready for serving.
