PICKLED MUSTARD LEAF n TOFU NOODLES SOUP ©





Pickled Mustard Leaf is a staple in Asian cuisines and can be taken as a side condiment dish or cooked in meat stock or as stir-fried dishes with ginger and shark meat. It has salty flavor and is scrumptious and zesty when taken with white steam rice. 

In this preparation, we are going to prepare Pickled Mustard Leaf with tofu cooked in pork stock over rice thin flour noodles. 



Ingredients and Preparation for 4 

Prepare 1 lb pork meat cuts.
Prepare ginger, carrot slices, tomato, tofu cubes, pickled mustard leaf.











Prepare by boiling Bee Hoon (vermicilli) - thin rice flour noodles in hotwater, and sieve.













Cooking Steps

Begin, by boiling 8 cups water. When water is boiling, add ginger and pork meat. When meat is cooked, add chili, tomato, carrots, pickled mustard leaf and tofu.

For flavor, add:-

3 tbs chicken stock brand, 2 tbs salt, 1/2 tsp pepper.

Cover with top, and continue boiling for 15 minutes over low heat.

When ready to serve, pour soup over Bee Hoon noodles in a bowl.
