Glass Noodles or Cellophane Noodles stir-fried with Beef in Oyster sauce is an absolutely scrumptious meal.
Ingredients and Preparation for 4
Prepare any variety of sliced green vegetables.
Prepare by soaking glass noodles (cellophane noodles) in room temperature water until soft, and drained.
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute beef in 5 tbs cooking oil. Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat to tenderize the meat.
For flavor, add:-
- 3 tbs oyster sauce,
- 2 tbs vegetable soya sauce,
- 1/2 tsp pepper.
Stir seasonings into meat.
Add glass noodles. Stir and combine well into beef ingredients. Add 2 cups water.
Add sliced squid balls.
Add green vegetables.
Combine sliced squid balls and green vegetables into the rest of the ingredients, and stir-fry briefly.
Ready for serving.
