SEAFOOD NOODLES SOUP ©




Seafood noodles can be prepared in any style, with any seafood and ingredients. This recipe is lobster balls and imitation crabs with added spices combined with egg noodles. Such cooking style gives a hot, flavorsome, pungent taste.


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare lobster balls, imitation crabs, 3 boiled eggs. Any kinds of seafood will do.
Sambal paste :- Blend: 3 onions, 1 lemon grass, galangal, 2 tsp suger, 4 chillies, 2 tsp salt, 2 garlic cloves, tamarind, ginger, 2 tsp tumeric powder, 2 tsp citric acid, kafir lime leaves.

Cooking Steps

Boil 8 cups of water in medium heat. When water is boiling, add sambal paste and 1 tomato. For flavour :- 3 tsp fish sauce, 3 tsp chicken stock brand, some pepper. Add seafood meat.
Prepare thick egg noodles.  
Boil thick egg noodles in hotwater, and sieve.
When ready to serve, scoop cooked ingredients over noodles, and add sliced egg and parsley.
