BEEF with DRIED TAUFOO, MUSHROOM n PORK SKIN over NOODLES ©




A mixture of dried taufoo, dried mushroom, dried pork skin, beef and carrots cooked in slow cooker with added ingredients and sauces over rice flour noodles are fabulous dish everyone can enjoy, and which are quick and easy to prepare.



Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare by slicing 1.5 lb beef.


Prepare carrots, green chili, dried mushroom, dried taufoo, dried pork skin, ginger, large onions, (for garnishing -green onions, parsley/cilantro).

Cooking Steps

Into the crockpot - beef and all the prepared vegetables. Add 8 cups of water. For flavour:- 3 tsp beef stock brand, 3 tsp vietnamese soup brand / 2 tsp oyster sauce, some pepper. Keep high temperature for 3 hours.
Prepare thick rice flour noodles - vermicelli.
Boil thick vermicilli in hotwater, and sieve.
When ready to serve, scoop cooked ingredients over boiled noodles and garnish with parsley, green onions.
