Mee Sua - thin strands of noodles made from rice flour and wheat flour is brittle in uncooked dry form. It can be prepared in different styles.
Mee Sua is a cultural food to the Foo Chow and Hokkien community in Sarawak. It is a customary tradition for the Lunar New Year, birthdays and weddings. The chicken soup style with mushroom and eggs are the trademark recipe.
In this preparation, I attempt to create a new dish with Mee Sua by stir-fry instead of the regular recipe - chicken soup style.
