In this preparation, a delectable and scrumptious meal is created out of Kueh Tikus (short rice flour noodles) and stir-fried with beef and bell mushroom in oyster sauce.
Prepare slices of beef, bell mushroom, carrots, onions, chilli, garlic, green onions.
Prepare Kueh Tikus (short rice flour noodles).
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute onions, garlic, chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add beef slices and stir-fry. Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat to tenderize the meat.
For flavor, add:-
- 3 tbs oyster sauce,
- 2 tbs vegetable soya sauce,
- 1/2 tsp pepper.
Stir seasonings into beef ingredients.
Add carrots and mushroom.
Combine well.
Add Kueh Tikus (short rice flour noodles).
Combine Kueh Tikus into cooked ingredients and stir-fry briefly.
Ready for serving.
