STIR-FRY BEEF RICE FLOUR ROLLS ©





Rice flour rolls are usually used in Kueh Chap soup dishes. In this preparation, stir-fried dishes is created from using rice flour rolls with beef slices in oyster sauce.


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare 1 lb sliced beef.
Prepare slices of onion, green onions, chopped garlic and chilli.
Prepare one packet rice flour rolls( rice flour rolls for Kueh Chap).













Cooking Steps 

Begin, by saute onions, garlic and chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add beef slices and continue frying.

For flavor, add:-

  • 3 tbs oyster sauce, 
  • 2 tbs beef stock brand, 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, 
  • 1 tbs light soya sauce.

Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add rice flour rolls and combine well.
Add green onions, stir and combine well.
Ready for serving.
