FISH with PINEAPPLE n CELERY SOUP ©




For someone who loves pineapple and celery, this is my noodles soup recipe - blend of fruits, vegetables, and seafood. Such kind of cooking style gives a clear sweet pineapple flavor to the soup. For fish lovers also, the whole dish is absolutely delectable.



Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Using freshwater fish. For this dish, I am using Basa freshwater fish.











Prepare slices of celery, ripe pineapples, gingers, green chillies, tomatoes and picked mustard leaf.
Slice fish into pieces.
Prepare fresh thick rice flour noodles.

Cooking Steps

Boil 8 cups of water in medium heat. When water is boiling, add pineapples celery, tomatoes, green chillies and picked mustard leaf. Continue boiling for 20 minutes until the soup tasted of pineapples flavor. For flavor :- 3 tsp chicken stock brand, 3 tsp vietnamese soup base, some pepper.
When the soup is ready, add fish, and boil in high heat for 5 minutes.
Prepare thick rice flour noodles in hot water, and sieve. 
When ready to serve, scoop fish and vegetable soup over boiled noodles, and garnish with green onions.
