Mee Sua Soup dish is originated from the Foo Chow clans in Sarawak. The specialness of Mee Sua dish lies in the type of noodles used which is fine and thin, and smooth rice flour noodles.
Prepare thin rice flour noodles.
Cooking Steps
Begin, by boiling 6 cups water in medium size pot.
When water is boiling, add ginger and chicken meat. Dried whole mushroom - soak in water to soften and then sliced - can be added.
For Flavor, add:-
- 3 tbs chicken stock brand,
- 1 tbs salt,
- 2 tsp pepper.
Boil rice flour noodles in hotwater, and sieve.
When ready to serve, pour chicken soup and meat over blanched rice flour noodles. Add 2 tbs white wine.
