Lemon Grass is a stalky plant with a lemony scent that grows in many tropical climates, most notably in Southeast-Asia. A common ingredient in Thai and Malaysian cooking, lemon grass provides a zesty lemon flavor and aroma to many local dishes. Lemon grass is also thought to have numerous health benefits especially when used in combination with other spices such as garlic, fresh chillies, and coriander. Pork, (Bee Hoon) Rice Flour Noodles and Glass Noodles is stir-fried with lemon grass and sauces to create a zesty lemony flavor to a home-style noodles cooking.

In this preparation, a delectable and scrumptious meal is created out of Kueh Tikus (short rice flour noodles) and stir-fried with beef and bell mushroom in oyster sauce.
